I was surprised by a total rewiring of my house I just purchased 1 year ago. He came as soon as I called, made us safe as our house almost caught fire, made us feel safe, explained all the steps in the process, fit us on his schedule, even coming to our rescue on Labor day. He excited all my expectations. At the end of each day, Case and his cooworker John left everything clean. They were always careful with my belongings even my too kitties took on to them. What a pleasure working with Case Hoff. He was professional and friendly from our first interaction. I called and he immediately responded. I explained that we needed an outlet fixed outside by our pool, an exhaust fan put in a bathroom, a ceiling fan/light installed in our bedroom and his advice on a few other things around the home. He came for an estimate which was extremely fair and we set a date to do the work. He gave us great advice to ensure the integrity of our home which we appreciated. I’m in love with our new light and fan in the bedroom and the exhaust fan is working well. Case even went above and beyond to run out and grab better faceplates for the new switches so they matched my existing ones. His work is extremely neat and there wasn’t a speck of dust left behind after he cleaned up. It seems so hard anymore to find someone to even return your phone call but Case Hoff was there 100% when we needed help. He’s responsive, respectful, and clearly takes pride in what he does. Highly recommend Hoff Electric for your electrical needs. We already have a small list of more projects waiting for Case when we are ready! Highly recommend!
